In sessions with me, we will truth tell, deep dive into our subconscious mind, and align your life with your most profound desires, using Embodiment Coaching techniques, Holy FIre Karuna Reiki, Hypnosis, TIME Techniques, EFT Tapping and individualized meditation practices.
Each type of sacred experience that we take connects us to the four primary elements: Earth, Air, Water, and Fire.
Each session will cultivate one or two of the elements and will focus on the elemental energies in order to promote our maximum transformation in all areas of our lives.

We deep dive into the subconscious changes needed for you to self source your validation, trust your instinctual nature, & follow your own intuition. We would talk then do some hypnosis & belief resetting meditations, past selves regressions, possibly Reiki & other energy healing practices, & I would give you notes to summarize & ideas for practice at the end of each session. I feel like this is a good start.
This experience guides you into the freedom of making healthy choices for yourself & your life. In our sessions, we uncover blocks & explore the stories keeping you stuck with the greatest intention being practices that will empower you to re-write your story, to reframe who you believe yourself to be.
Within this container, we will use Neuro-Linguistic Programming, TIME Techniques (Timeline Meditations) & Conscious Embodiment Coaching techniques to walk you into patterns that are vital and healthy, beliefs that reflect your soul truth and the life of your dreams.
Three or four sessions, booked as you like, in 1, 1.5 or 2, or 3 hour blocks.

Ready for a deeper connection with your own energy? Ready to align your chakras & open to a deeper level of rest & healing?
With Reiki Restore, we check in, inquire into the energy & intention for you to receive Reiki, then we take delicious time for you to rest & restore in my personal Reiki room.
Reiki is an ancient energy healing practice that involves me channeling energy to you & your energetic bodies without touch. Occasionally, I press acupressure points on your body to deepen your relaxation.
A plush massage table, candlelight, essential oils, delta & theta brain wave music along with sound healing, incense & healing Reiki energy await you. Follow up notes for self care will complete your healing journey.
Sessions are booked 1 or 1.5 hour at a time & choosing the package option gives you the deepest experience.
REIKI RESTORE
Ever wanted personalized attention and wisdom from your yoga instructor? Ever wanted to try yoga but not sure about a group setting? Ever had an injury to recover from or want to deepen your practice on a personal level? A private yoga practice with Sarah could open up many doors on your path of yoga practice. Whether you're moving out of your home, moving in to your home, or are welcoming a new phase of life into your home, Home Blessings can support you in the energetic process of making home feel like home! This is also appropriate for any space such as offices and studios.
I offer protective Reiki, energetic cleansings, preparation of spaces for new life, departure ceremonies to move cleanly out of a space & can do this seasonally or at any other transitional time of life. Let's talk to see what kind of blessing we can create!
HOME BLESSING
Receive through giving. Love yourself in new ways as you learn the art of a committed Reiki practice through receiving Reiki attunements of all levels from Sarah, then experience the joy of channeling Reiki energy to others.
From Usui Reiki Practitioner level one, to Usui Reiki Master level four, then from Karuna One and Two to Holy Fire One, Two and Three, we learn to channel Reiki to the physical and energy bodies of our clients. Receiving the guidance of an attunement from Sarah can open up all kinds of doorways to create the life you dream of living, supported with vibrant health and well-being. Engaging fully in this practice of energy work can foster your sense of Self, self love and self worth, all while providing an enriching avenue to share Reiki love energy with others.
