In sessions with me, we will truth tell, share, discover ourselves, take meditative, hypnotic journeys, and find out what is true for you on a soul level.
Sometimes we co-create with coaching conversations, sometimes with different embodiment and subconscious change practices, sometimes with purely receiving Reiki to your energy body and listening to the messages that come forward.
living my dream
I lived for so many years disconnected from myself, unable to fully give and receive love. In and out of abusive relationships, making choices that were harmful and even dangerous to me, destroying my life in an endless attempt to earn love and acceptance.
Like a lost soul, a lonely child, just needing to be seen, loved and held.
I had many dark nights of the soul as part of my awakening, including beginning my yoga practice over a decade ago which led me out of the most abusive relationship I was ever in. All of these dark nights led me one step closer to living my truth, into living my dream.
The most profound was the awakening of my Divine Feminine which broke me open during my miscarriage in 2015. In that devastating grief of losing a connection with Mother Earth energy unlike any other I had ever had, I found my power, I found my Oneness, I found my divine nature in being broken open to all that is.
A few weeks later, I received my first Usui Reiki certification and found a way to channel divine love, a way to direct this universal flow of energy that I had discovered within me.
After decades of teaching, years of learning and pursuing my certifications in the healing arts of Holy Fire Karuna Reiki, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, multiple styles of Yoga, EFT/Tapping, Hypnosis, TIME Techniques for our past and futures timelines, and Embodiment Coaching, Sacred Journeys came into form from the desire to support women in living their dream life by utilizing these modalities plus many others to align every part of our existence with our soul truth.
Sacred Journeys was born from the fire of death and rebirth, from the darkness of ancient conditioning that came to light and has now become transformed into my true life, my true beliefs, my true expression.
Everything is new now.
That moment when you realize you’ve come home to yourself.

Each type of Sacred Journey that we take connects us to the four primary elements: Earth, Air, Water, and Fire. Each event will cultivate one or two of the elements and will focus on the elemental energies in order to promote our maximum transformation in all areas of our lives.
