This gathering time is a time to come together and grow together in circle, be in meditation, experience new things, share, journal and reflect.
Sarah will offer a variety of modalities such as Reiki energy healing, tarot and oracle cards, breathwork, visualization, sound, chanting, gentle yoga. What we practice in each circle is unique and different from one to the next and each circle has a special theme to guide us into truthful sharing and deep inner reflection.
Bring a journal and a pen, any oils, crystals or cards you enjoy and come ready to sit and share in comfortable clothes. This circle is part of your membership and is eligible for class cards as well!
